The Creative Developer plays an integral part of the Client Services team. He/she will primarily deal with creative build-out through use of JavaScript and HTML, consulting clients, and troubleshooting technical issues. He/she is responsible for working closely with Sales, Product and Publisher teams to build tighter relationships with advertising and agency clients.
This includes working with many of the top agencies and publishers in the US to educate, train and consult on a myriad of creative and technical points. In this role, he/she would resolve any technical issues clients have been experiencing by being the point person and making sure client's experiences are smooth and efficient. He/she will work with Product Engineers to fully service client's needs, as well as handle the technical integration of various features/technologies into mobile rich media advertising units.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build mobile ads from creative assets (jpeg, gif, html, psds etc.)
- Bring concepts to life through use of strong JavaScript and HTML skills
- Interact directly with agency, publishers, and 3rd party vendors
- Maintain documentation on creative and new functionality
- Troubleshoot live campaign tag issues
- Leverage code to build efficient, light-weight ads
Computer and Software Experience
- Strong HTML5, JavaScript and CSS knowledge is required
- Knowledge of common graphics programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash
- Familiarity with PHP and Jquery, extended libraries, a plus.
Education and Business Experience
- BA or BS degree
- Online advertising experience a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks while working in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Strong internal and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve complex problems

The JavaScript developer will manage and maintain the Phluant Ad Framework ensuring the framework is optimally delivering ad impressions and creative for all clients and publishers. They will work closely with Phluant’s systems developers and creative developers helping to extend the framework’s functionality in conjunction with system updates and creative needs relating to upcoming campaigns.
The JavaScript developer will help with ad and tag support for live campaigns and manage publisher and ad server SDK integrations within the ad framework. The developer will also have extensive knowledge of Phluant’s formats and tags to provide answers to publishers in the certification process if needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages development and support for the Phluant ad framework
- Develop new ad formats and functionality
- Maintain documentation and updates for 3rd party SDK integration within the framework
- Work with 3rd party vendors to maintain functionality after updates
- Document ad framework capabilities and create help files for creative developers
- Support live campaign tag issues
Computer and Software Experience
- 3+ years of JavaScript
- High level working knowledge of HTML and DOM manipulation
- PHP, Java or other server side language knowledge a plus
Education and Business Experience

The Account Manager is the liaison between external clients, Sales and Client Services to ensure flawless customer service and help to set and manage expectations for all Phluant campaigns. They work closely with Sales Directors to facilitate growth and coverage on accounts for all existing business.
Account Managers will interface with clients at creative & media advertising agencies, advertisers, and publishers to educate them on Phluant offerings and services to help make their campaigns successful.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between Client Services & Sales driving additional support and coverage
- Create and build relationships with clients on the agency, publisher and client side
- Identify and drive opportunities for additional business from existing clients
- Attend client meetings, summits and industry events
- Customize all sales materials such as decks, RFI/RFP/solutions to fit specific client needs
- Communicate strategically with all clients (e.g., over-delivery, optimization, delayed launch)
- Manage and expedite the flow of everyday business
- Act as the first point of escalation
- Pair-up with the Channel team to find additional business & up-sell existing opportunities
- Organize and lead client kick-off calls, including agenda creation, introduction of the core campaign team, etc.
- Assist with the management of the Sales Director’s sales pipeline in salesforce.com
- Provide client reporting
- Responsible for Insertion Orders and client billing

The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Manager is to support the Adops team, liaise with the development team and work with publishers on campaign issues and certification testing needs. The Technical Support Manager will primarily deal with troubleshooting publisher-related issues on campaigns, escalating issues to development if needed, performing on-call support for campaigns, working with publishers on questions and issues regarding test tag implementation and troubleshooting of technical issues with clients.
This includes immense amounts of work with many of the top agencies and publishers in the US to educate, train and consult on a myriad of creative and technical points, leading Phluant company support, working with Development team and Creative Developer to develop process and documentation surrounding technical integration of various features/technologies into mobile rich media advertising units.
